Construction Training

Construction Training That Gets You On Site

CSCS, Fire Safety and COSHH courses delivered in London โ€” in the classroom or live online. Funded places available for eligible adults.

Most construction jobs need a card and a certificate before you can set foot on site. We get you both.

LIBS Training has delivered accredited construction and employability courses across London since 2011. Our courses are short, practical and built for people who need to be working, not studying for a year. No experience needed. No qualifications needed to start.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience to start?

No. These courses are designed for complete beginners.

How long until I get my CSCS card?

Usually two to four weeks from finishing the course, depending on exam availability and CSCS processing times.

What’s the difference between the Level 1 Award and the CITB test?

You need both. The Level 1 Award is the qualification you study with us. The CITB Health, Safety and Environment test is a separate multiple-choice exam taken at a Pearson VUE centre. Pass both and you can apply for the green Labourer card.

What do I need to bring?

Photo ID โ€” passport, driving licence or another photographic ID card. You can’t sit the exam without it.

Can I do the course if I’m working?

Yes. We run evening and weekend cohorts, and the online option works around shifts.

Is the training really free?

For eligible learners, yes โ€” fully funded, with no hidden fees. Eligibility depends on your age, residency and employment status. We’ll check for you in five minutes over the phone.
